shipping & Delivery TIMES

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within 10-15 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Date of final delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

shipping COSTS

We make every effort to keep shipping costs at a minimum. Due to constant fluctuations in shipping cost we ship items based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

If you plan to order more than 15 items in a single order we can create a custom order and invoice to help keep shipping costs at a minimum if you email us at info@pinktowerapparel.com .

returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@pinktowerapparel.com with details of the product and the defect and we will determine a workable solution.

Only regular priced items may be fully refunded. Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for a similar item at our discretion.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on sizes. Please be sure to carefully review the size guides when you place your purchase.
